Through the booking-request form on this website we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Requested dates and number of guests
• Purpose of stay and any free-text message you send us

We do not collect payment information on this website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely to respond to your booking request and manage the resulting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Booking requests are retained for the time strictly necessary to reply and, where a stay is confirmed, for the period required by Italian tax and hospitality regulations. Unanswered requests are deleted within 24 months.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting and email providers acting as data processors on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

This website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (e.g. storing your cookie-banner choice). No profiling or third-party advertising cookies are installed.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability.
